What materials are your jewellery made from?
We believe in quality over everything.
Every piece is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver - a precious metal made to last. You won’t find brass or copper here — just fine materials designed for everyday wear.
Many of our styles are also Rhodium or 18k Gold plated for extra shine, strength, and longevity.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
All sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time, but with proper care, your pieces will stay radiant for years. Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, and water when possible, and store your jewellery in its Perfection London box when not in use.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth to restore shine. We recommend storing each piece separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratches. Please see our Jewellery Care Tips for further guidance!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All orders arrive in our signature Perfection London packaging, perfect for gifting.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if you’re not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging.
Please note: discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll see delivery options and costs at checkout.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please email us at hello@perfectionlondon.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once an order has been processed, we can’t make amendments.
